Not Receiving Your OTP

Check your mobile signal first. OTP SMS messages can be delayed by a few minutes during peak network traffic — wait 60 seconds before requesting a resend. If you've changed your number since registering and can no longer receive the code, contact support with your account email and CNIC details to verify your identity and update your number.

Account Suspended or Locked

Repeated incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock an account for security. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or use the password reset flow. If your account has been suspended for compliance reasons (pending KYC, unusual activity), the login page will show a message explaining the reason — contact support to resolve it.

Still Can't Log In?

If none of the above apply, email support with your registered mobile number, account username (if you remember it) and a brief description of the problem. The support team responds around the clock and account access issues are given priority.

Logging In on Mobile and Desktop

Lee1 is fully accessible through both a web browser and the dedicated mobile app. Either way, the login process is the same — your registered mobile number or email plus your password, and you're in. The experience is optimised for mobile since most Pakistan players use Android devices as their primary platform for sports betting and games.

If you're on mobile and want a faster, more native experience, the lee1 Android app can be downloaded from the Download page. Logging in through the app saves you from re-entering credentials every session if you enable biometric login (fingerprint on supported devices). On desktop, the browser-based platform works well on Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari. Session management is straightforward. If you select "keep me logged in", your session persists on that device for an extended period. One thing worth mentioning: if you're using a VPN and finding that login is being rejected, try disabling the VPN before accessing lee1. Some VPN exit nodes may affect how the platform handles location-based session validation.

One active session at a time. For security, lee1 limits each account to one active session per device type at once. If you log in on your phone while already logged in on a browser, the browser session will be ended automatically. This prevents someone else from accessing your account if they know your credentials.
