lee1 Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the lee1 platform ("lee1", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or game stake, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Lee1 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for adult users. The platform offers Sports Betting (including Cricket, PSL, T20 international matches and Football), Fish Games, Live Casino, Slots and Esports betting. All monetary transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of lee1 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

02 Eligibility

To register and use lee1, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You are not already a registered account holder on lee1 — each person may hold only one account.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not under any self-exclusion order or account restriction imposed by lee1.

Lee1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, the account will be restricted until verification is provided, and any withdrawals will be held pending that verification.

03 Account Registration

When registering on lee1, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your real name (matching your CNIC), a valid phone number, a working email address and a secure password of your choosing.

You are permitted to register and maintain only one account on lee1. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or names — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any balance in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

• Account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Lee1 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your login details.

04 KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before lee1 can process your first withdrawal. KYC involves submitting a clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC and confirming that your registered mobile number is active.

Lee1 may request additional documentation at any time for accounts displaying unusual activity patterns or for accounts requesting withdrawals above certain thresholds. Acceptable documents include your CNIC, a recent utility bill showing your address, or a bank statement.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of being requested will result in withdrawal requests being held. Lee1 reserves the right to close accounts that remain unverified after extended periods and return any verifiable deposit amount via the original payment method.

05 Deposits

Lee1 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and supported debit/credit cards. The minimum deposit is PKR 200 for mobile wallet methods and PKR 500 for bank-based transfers. There is no deposit processing fee charged by lee1.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Using a third party's payment account to fund your lee1 balance is prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your balance as soon as the payment provider confirms receipt — typically instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa.
• Lee1 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing times.
• Chargebacks, reversals or fraudulent deposit attempts will result in immediate account suspension.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within 10 minutes despite a confirmed payment on your end, contact support with your transaction reference number and the team will trace and credit the deposit manually.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of your real-money balance are available at any time subject to KYC verification being completed. The minimum withdrawal is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods and PKR 1,000 for bank transfer. Lee1 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee.

• Withdrawals must be sent to an account registered in your name — the name must match your CNIC exactly.
• Lee1 does not make third-party payments under any circumstances.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed the same business day in most cases.
• Raast transfers complete near-instantly once approved by the processing team.
• Bank Transfers typically complete within one business day.
• Lee1 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests from accounts with unusual activity patterns.

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by account VIP tier. Players who require information about their specific limits should contact the support team directly. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

Lee1 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including Welcome Bonuses for first-time depositors, reload bonuses and VIP rewards. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms including minimum deposit, qualifying games, wagering requirement and expiry period. These terms are displayed alongside each offer on the Promotions page.

The following conduct in relation to bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Placing opposing bets (hedging) across accounts or platforms to artificially fulfil wagering requirements.
• Using bonus funds on games or bet types that are excluded from contributing to wagering requirements, unless explicitly stated as eligible.
• Participating in coordinated group bonus abuse.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on lee1 are governed by the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — follow standard cricket wagering rules regarding rain interruptions, abandoned matches, player withdrawals and revised targets.

• Bets accepted before a match starts are settled based on the match result as determined by the relevant governing body.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement — odds may be suspended at any time during live play.
• If a match is abandoned or not completed per the applicable rules, bets will be settled according to the market's specific abandonment policy.
• Lee1 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds due to system errors or data feed issues.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply — contact support for current limit information.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, raise a dispute with the support team within 72 hours of the settlement time. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewed.

09 Games — Fish Games, Live Casino and Slots

Lee1's game categories — Fish Games, Live Casino, Slots and other arcade-style games — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live-streamed dealer tables. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) for each game is published within the respective game interface.

• Game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified RNG engine or live dealer results.
• Lee1 is not responsible for losses arising from your own gameplay decisions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or latency to gain unfair advantage is prohibited and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Session disconnections during active games are handled per each game's disconnect policy — uncompleted rounds are typically resolved when you reconnect.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the lee1 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting outcome.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your registered account.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process or disguise funds from illegal sources.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen payment details, initiating chargebacks or exploiting payment processing errors.
• Harassment: Abusive behaviour directed at lee1 staff or other players through any channel.

11 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lee1 account credentials. Lee1 will never contact you by phone, email or message asking for your password, JazzCash MPIN, Easypaisa PIN or any full payment account credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your lee1 account.
• Enable any available two-step verification features from account settings.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support immediately.

Lee1 uses SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Payment details are processed directly by the payment provider — lee1 does not store your JazzCash number, bank password or card CVV on its own servers.

12 Responsible Gaming

Lee1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is for adult entertainment only — it is not a way to earn income, solve financial problems or recover previous losses. If gaming is no longer enjoyable for you, please use the tools available in your account or contact support.

The following Responsible Gaming tools are available to all players from Account Settings:

• Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits
• Session time reminders and automatic logout timers
• Loss limits to cap the maximum you can lose in a defined period
• Cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion from 24 hours to several weeks)

By registering on lee1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request access to your personal data or request deletion of your account by contacting support.

14 Limitation of Liability

Lee1 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uninterrupted availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free or suitable for your specific purpose.

• Lee1 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Lee1 is not liable for losses arising from your own gaming decisions.
• In cases of demonstrable platform error affecting bet or game outcomes, the maximum remedy available is a refund of the affected stake — not any projected or potential winnings.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.

15 Changes to These Terms

Lee1 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via push notification in the app or by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the lee1 platform after an update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support if you wish to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
